Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know About Our Unlimited Design Retainers
Have questions about how our dedicated design packages work? Here are answers to the most common questions our clients ask.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does “unlimited design” actually mean?
A: It means you can submit as many design requests to your queue as you’d like! Our team works through your active requests one at a time (or based on your package level), delivering high-quality drafts for your review. As soon as one design is approved, we move right on to the next.
Q: How fast will I receive my designs?
A: Most standard design requests—like social graphics, flyers, single-page print ads, or web banners—are delivered within 72 hours excluding weekends. Larger projects, such as multi-page brochures, complex catalogs, or presentation folders, may take a bit longer, but we always keep you updated on progress.
Q: Are there any long-term contracts?
A: No. Our monthly graphic design retainer packages are billed on a flexible, month-to-month basis. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your package anytime without hidden cancellation fees.
Q: Who owns the final artwork and design files?
A: You do 100%. Upon approval, you receive full ownership and native editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and print-ready PDFs).
Q: Can you handle the printing and direct mailing for my designs?
A: Yes! That is the HFB Advertising advantage. Because we operate a full commercial printing and direct mail facility, you don’t have to download files and search for a separate print shop. Once you approve a design, we can seamlessly send it directly to print production and deliver it right to your door or target audience.
Q: How do we get started?
A: Simply reach out through our quick quote form or give us a call! We’ll briefly discuss your typical monthly design needs, recommend or build a tailored flat-rate plan for your business, and get your onboarded in no time.
